What you can expect from me

I will always treat you with courtesy and respect, supporting you and providing you with quality information, advice and guidance to enable you to make informed decisions when developing your career. However, I am not a licensed therapist so I cannot offer psychological treatment for mental health issues.

I have the right to deny coaching to anyone. If it is apparent to me that you cannot complete the coaching activities, due to incompatibility or lack of readiness, then I will suggest we do not continue with coaching. I will offer other suggestions for support, within the UK (since that is where I am based).

I will hold any information provided by you in the strictest confidence. Only my website held by Wix, or my email manager, Mailerlite, will hold your name and email when you subscribe. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be communicated by email.

All services are delivered in compliance with the Equal Opportunities legislations.

My services and information are generally for people ages 16 years and older.
When I talk about client successes on the site, this is for information and demonstration of what is possible. It is not a guarantee of what you can achieve. Obviously, you need to make your own informed choices. If you hire me, I can guide you through that, but I cannot guarantee that your business or career will be successful. You are the master of your own life.
My expertise is in applied psychology (PhD), coaching (over 100 hours and 8 years' experience), marketing & business planning (6 business coaches hired over 2 years' time), consultancy (almost 20 years), building online courses/websites (over 20 years), and teaching (over 25 years). Anything outside of those scopes, I may not be as knowledgeable.

What I expect from you

You are responsible for completing any exercises or activities that will help you to improve.

You/your business partners are responsible for the development and success of your career; I do not accept liability or responsibility.

You/your business partners are responsible for the development of your career; my role is to provide support, information, advice and guidance.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or attend a scheduled meeting, please cancel at the earliest opportunity.

You may end our coaching contract within 14 days of signing the contract and will receive a refund (minus 20% of the total).

You/your business partners have the opportunity to make a compliment or complaint about the service you have received. Full details of this procedure is available upon request.

If you would like to opt-out of any of my emails, please send luna@lunaleadership.com an email with your name and email asking to be unsubscribed. Or click "unsubscribe" in the email. Let me know if you want your full information deleted from my servers and I will do that within 2 business days.
