If you're not getting interviews, then it may be that your CV/resume needs work. It could also be that you're targeting the wrong industry or job roles. First things first, start with the template and see if you need more help with aspects of the job search. Getting career clarity is key!

Who am I?

I'm Luna,
Academia was my personality and I struggled to see my strengths as the assets they are, since I was asked to dim my light so many times in academia.
Basically, the longer I was in academia (20 years), the more I realized my feeling of being a round peg trying to fit in a square hole that wouldn't flex or bend was because of the systems in place, not a reflection of my worth.
Also, the longer I was in, the less I could keep quiet about injustices... 👊
After a lot of journaling and self-reflection, I'm in a place where I can recognize my value and actually connect with my priorities in life and align my work with my values. 
So, I lean into my rebelliousness and my radical way of being in the world. I'm happy to be out of a place that was attracted to my light but wouldn't let me shine! 💥
Now, I help others to find their own brilliant light so they can shine in their own way! ✨
I'm a career coach and consultant, helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating coaching/mentoring programs, and helping social enterprises apply for funding.
And I promise to still be radical and decolonize your mind so you see the BS in the systems!
